JANUARY 17, 1977
Meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 P.M. in the Administration
office .
Present : President Shirley, Brinkman, Mohlis , and Secretary
Henneberry.
Absent : None
Also present : Bill Hince
Mr. Hince was present to discuss the water departments
responsibility for thawing frozen services . The established
policy is that the water department does not assume responsibility
for frozen services . Because frozen services had reached
epidemic status , should the policy be changed. It was decided
that Shirley and Hince would meet with Mr. Ford to check
legality etc. % cost to be born by water department.
Motion by Shirley, second by Brinkman to approve Stegmaires
application for irrigation permit dated January 13, 1977 .
AIF-carried.
Secretary Henneberry informed members of invitation to firemans
annual dinner.
Motion by Brinkman, second by Mohlis to approve minutes of last
two meetings . AIF-carried.
