MARCH 21, 1977
Meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30 P.M.
in the Administration office.
Present : President Shirley, Mohlis, Secretary Henneberry
Absent : Brinkman
Also present: William Hince
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Hince informed the board that hydrant flushing would start
Tuesday, March 22 , 1977 , in the afternoon and continue until
finished.
The following financial report was read:
Balance of cash 2/28/77 $ 6 , 530 . 99
Received + 550 . 00
Disbursed - 3 ,392 . 67
Due from collections $ permits + 614 . 13
Balance of cash 4,302 . 45
Investments - C.D. ' s & savings 3,000 . 00
A brief discussion followed, about the condition of the system
and financial matters . It was decided that until the auditors
report was available it would not be wise to make any decision .
Meeting adjourned at 8 : 00 P.M.
