APRIL 18 , 1977
The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30
P.M. in the Administration office .
Present : President Shirley, Brinkman, Mohlis , and Secretary
Henneberry
Absent : None
Motion by Brinkman, second by Mohlis to approve minutes as
read. AIF-motion carried.
A new style financial statement for the first three months by
Financial Director Thomas Heimdal was presented and discussed.
The board was pleased but had some questions .
The office financial report is as follows :
Balance of cash 3/31/77 $ 2 ,922 . 90
Receipts + 5,135 . 27
Disbursements - 3 ,128 . 86
Balance of cash 4/18/77 4,929 . 31
Investments - C .D. ' s 30 ,000 . 00
A discussion of things needed at no . 4 well site ; a stabilizer,
possibly class 5 , possibly a driveway, and a sidewalk, and also
a safety device to keep others off ladder to water tank and fence.
It was decided that the board would meet some evening at #4 well
site.
Meeting was adjourned at 9 : 00 P.M.
