The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30
P.M. in the administration office.
Present : President Shirley, Mohlis , and Secretary Henneberry
Absent : Brinkman
Motion by Shirley, second by Mohlis to approve the minutes of
the last meeting. ALF-motion carried.
The Secretary reported on our compliance with the Pure Water Act .
Healey Laboratories were contracted with, as the approved
laboratory. We are to deliver samples to Burnsville City Garage
and mail one to the State Health Department-since this was to
July 12 , 1977 , the above has been performed. We are to be
billed by Healey quarterly.
Hydrant water was discussed. Mr. Shirley reported that a
portable meter would cost about $500 . 00 and if the school uses
one they will have to pay for it. Shirley also reported that the
tower ladder had not been shortened yet.
The Secretary was instructed to renew a certificate of deposit
due July 21, 1977 .
