AUGUST 15 , 1977
The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30
P.M. in the Administration office .
Present : President Shirley, Brinkman, and Secretary Henneberry
Absent : Mohlis
Motion by Brinkman, second by Shirley to approve the minutes
of July 18 , 1977, meeting . AIF-motion carried.
Motion by Shirley, second by Brinkman to renew C .D. 's due
August 19 , 1977 . Motion carried.
The secretary presented the cash flow report :

Smelly water was discussed - no discission to correct until
more information could be obtained.
