NOVEMBER 21 , 1977
Meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 45 P.M.
in the Administration office.
Financial report from the Financial Director John Hawes was
examined and discussed. Mr. Hawes sugested that hereafter
complete reports would be prepared quarterly. Some new account
number would be assigned.
Minutes of the October, 1977 , meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Shirley, second by Brinkman to approve. AIF-
motion carried.
A request to install a fire hydrant near Stegmaier' s house
was discussed. Motion by Mohlis , second by Brinkman that if
the hydrant is installed the owner would have to pay all costs .
If it is used for any other purpose than flushing or fire
protection an approved meter must be installed. Water Department
is to supervise all flushing . AIF-motion carried.
Motion by Shirley, second by Mohlis that the Water Board personnel
check pumphouses on weekends and holidays . AIF-motion carried.
Secretary Henneberry authorized to get City personel to repair
the roof on pumphouse #1 .
Bills were approved as read. Checks 948 throught 958 .
The secretary presented the following cash flow report :

It was decided to change the meeting date to the fourth Monday
in the month starting in January of 1978 .
