DECEMBER 19, 1977
Meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30 P.M.
in the Administration office .
Present : President Shirley, Brinkman, Mohlis , and Secretary
Henneberry
Absent : None
The minutes of the November 21 , 1977 meeting were read. Motion
by Brinkman, second by Shirley to approve as read. AIF-motion
carried.
Rust and smelly water problems were discussed. It was decided
that since regular flushing is the only remedy, we would just
have to learn to live with the condition until the General
Services Department can flush more often.
Firemen Kuchera and Jensen met with the board to discuss bushings
to convert old hydrants to new thread. Motion by Shirley,
second by Mohlis to permit the Fire Department to order
approximately fifty five (55) bushings to be put in place by
the Fire Department. AIF-motion carried.
The Secretary presented the cash flow report:

Investments - C.D. s 25,000 . 00
Savings account 5 , 000 . 00
