JANUARY 23 , 1978
Meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30 P.M.
in the Administration office .
Present: President Shirley, Brinkman, and Secretary Henneberry
Absent : Mohlis
Motion by Shirley, second by Brinkman to approve the minutes
of December 19 , 1977 . AIF-motion carried.
Council appointed Robert Juenemann to succeed Brinkman.
Motion by Shirley, second by Brinkman to transfer 2 ,000 . 00
from savings to the checking account as requested by John Hawes .
AIF-motion carried.
Smelly water was discussed. It was decided that as long as the
General Services Department controlled all flushing, there was
little the Water Board could do.
A proposal by the McCarthy Well Co. was discussed. The opinion
was that their proposal should be given further consideration.
Meeting was adjourned at 8 : 30 P.M.
