MARCH 27 , 1978
Meeting was called to order by President Shirley in the Administrators
office at 7 : 30 P.M.
Present: President Shirley, Jueneman, Mohlis and Secretary
Henneberry
Absent None
Mr. and Mrs..Mike Pelack and Glen Haverland visited the meeting to
discuss their dirty water problems . They were informed that
the Water Department would do everything they could to find a
solution.
Mr. Shirley informed the Board that Mr. Ford has promised to arrange
a meeting of General Services , Water Board, and any other City
officials who want to attend.
Motion by Shirley, seconded by Mohlis to approve minutes of the
February 27 , 1978 Meeting: APIF, motion carried.
Mr. Shirley informed the Board that Mr. Bauer and Mr. Jensen will
attend the Water Operators School , April 18 and 19 , 1978 .
The Secretary presented his expenses for 1977 to wit: Postage
$5 . 14 , Batteries $2 .49 , Mileage $240 . 00 - Total $247 . 63 .
Motion by Jueneman, seconded by Mohlis to approve: APIF, motion
carried.
John Hawes letter of 3-17-78 was read. From now on operating
expenses will be paid quarterly.
