APRIL 24, 1978
Meeting was called to order by President Shirley in the Administrators
office at 7 : 30 P.M.
Present : President Shirley, Juenemann, Mohlis
111 Absent : None
Visitors present: Past Secretary Henneberry and Financial Director
John Hawes .
Motion by Shirley second by Juenemann to approve the minutes of the
special meeting held on April 13, 1978 . APIF-Motion carried.
Mr. Hawes discussed with the board the annual auditors report and
the various options open to the board to handle financial matters .
The board wanted time to discuss the situation and will report back
to Mr . Hawes .
Motion by Juenemann second by Mohlis to approve the various bills
presented, with the exception of the Insurance bill and the bill from
the City Engineer until an explanation from Mr. Ford is abtained.
APIF-Motion carried.
Motion by Mohlis second by Shirley to appoint Director Juenemann
as secretary of the Water Board. APIF-Motion carried.
Mr. Henneberry reviewed with the Board, water testing procedures
and turned over to the Board the records and materials he used as
secretary.
No further business was discussed. The meeting was adjourned at
9 : 30 P.M.
