MINUTES
WATER BOARD
NOVEMBER 27 , 1978
1. The meeting. was :called to order by President Shirley at 7.: 30 P .M.
Present : President Shirley, members Mohlis and Juenemann
Absent : None
2 . Motion by Mohlis , second by Shirley to approve the minutes
of the October 23 , 1978 , meeting. APIF, motion carried.
3 . Motion by Juenemann, second by Mohlis that the various bills
presented to the Water Board totaling $5 ,881 . 07 be approved and
order payment of same. APIF, motion carried.
4. A claim in the amount of $300. 00 was received from Henry Erickson.
The Water Board denies liability and will forward this claim to the
City Attorney for disposition.
5 . Due to the Christmas Holiday, the next regular meeting of the
Water Board will be held on December 26 , 1978 .
