MINUTES
WATER BOARD
DECEMBER 26, 1978
1 . The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30
P.M. in the administrators office.
Present : President Shirley, Juenemann
absent : Mohlis
2 . Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to approve the minutes
of the November 27 , 1978, meeting. APIF, motion carried.
3 . Motion by Juenemann , second by Shirley that the various bills
presented to the Water Board totaling $1, 701 . 54 be approved, and order
payment of same. APIF, motion carried.
4. The Board discussed a memo from the City Administrator dated
12/26/78 regarding insurance claims . President Shirley will contact
Administrator Ford for clarification.
5. Water rates were discussed briefly. Action deferred until the
next regular meeting.
6 . Water quality was discussed. the Board anticipates another meeting
with Engineer Rosene on this subject at a date yet to be determined.
