MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JUNE 25 , 1979
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30 P.M.
in the Administrator ' s office.
Present : President Shirley, Members Mohlis and Juenemann
III Absent : None
2. President Shirley reviewed the special meeting on June 13, 1979
with Engineer Rosene and several Council members .
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Mohlis to install a valve in the
18 inch line near well #4. APIF, motion carried.
4 . Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to authorize Board Member
Mohlis to sign water fund checks in the absence of either Juenemann
or Shirley. APIF, motion carried.
5. Motion by Shirley, second by Mohlis to approve the minutes of
the Water Board meeting on May 28, 1979. APIF, motion carried.
6. Water fund cash flow:
Balance (5-31-79) $15, 026. 32
Deposit (6- 25- 79) 1 , 443 . 38
Checks thru (6- 25-79) 3, 039 . 54
Balance $13, 430 . 16
7 . Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to pay the various bills
presented to the Water Board totaling $3, 039 . 54 . APIF, motion carried.
