MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JANUARY 28, 1980
1. The meeting was called to order in the Administrator' s Office
at 6 : 30 P.M.
Present : President Shirley, Members Mohlis and Juenemann
Absent : None
2 . Motion by Mohlis , second by Shirley to approve the minutes of the
regularmeeting held on December 26, 1979 . APIF, motion carried.
3 . The Board reviewed the rate structure for metered accounts as
supplied by the Deputy Treasurer. When considering a proposal to any
charges at a flat rate, the Board noted that more complete information
pertaining to usage will have to be reviewed in order to levy a new
rate equitably. Action deferred.
4. Motion by Mohlis , second by Juenemann to approve the bills pre-
sented and authorize payment of same. APIF, motion carried.
5 . The Board noted an increase in complaints of rusty water during
the past month. In this regard, the Board was advised that the Nalco
Chemical Company will provide information in the near future, of
an agent available that is reported to keep rust particles in sus-
pension.
