MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
FEBRUARY 25 , 1980
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30
P.M. in the Administrator' s office .
Present : President Shirley, Members Juenemann and Mohlis .
2. Motion by Shirley, second by Mohlis to approve the minutes of
January 28, 1980 meeting. APIF, motion carried.
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Mohlis to approve and authorize
payment of bills presented to the Board totling $1,503 . 54. APIF,
motion carried.
4. The Board reviewed the monthly cash flow report. A general
discussion then followed directed toward Water Board' s finances .
5 . The annual water usage and pumpage report was reviewed. The
Board noted the diverseness in the usage between the four wells .
The Board then agreed that Well Numbers 1, 2, and 3 should be used
to a greater degree.
6. The Board proposes to meet with General Services personnel
during the next regular meeting to plan special activities to be
accomplished during the summer.
