MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JULY 28, 1980
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30 P.M.
Present : Juenemann, Mohlis, Shirley
Absent : None
2. Motion by Mohlis, second by Shirley to approve the minutes of the
May and June 1980 meetings. APIF, motion carried.
3. Motion by Shirley, second by Mohlis to accept the various bills
presented to the Board totaling $ 13, 124. 75 and order payment of same.
APIF, motion carried.
4. Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley to allow expenditure of
$375 to be added with the $750 storm damage settlement from the ins-
urance co. for complete replacement of the roof on well house no. 1 .
APIF, motion carried.
5. General discussion was held on the water treatment now in effect
from NALCO Chemical Co.
6. The Board was unable to verify totals for cash flow during the
past month. Juenemann will meet with the Deputy Treasurer for further
information.
