WATER BOARD
REGULAR
OCTOBER 27 , 1980

1 . The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at
7 : 30 P.M. in City Hall . 11
Present : Shirley, Mohlis , Juenemann
Absent : None
2 . The Board reviewed the monthly financial statement. A
variance of $5, 968 . 74 was noted between the balance at the
September meeting and the reported balance as of September 30 ,
1980 . Juenemann will contact Sr. Accounting Clerk Swedin in
an effort to reconcile this difference.
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Mohlis to accept the monthly
bills , totaling $2 , 152 . 37 , and order payment of same. APIF,
motion carried.
4. Motion by Mohlis , second by Shirley to accept minutes for
the August and September meetings . APIF, motion carried.
5. The Board reviewed a list of all water service complaints
received at City Hall over the past six months . President
Shirley advised the Board that General Services will flush the
system immediately after the leaves are cleaned from the streets .
