WATER BOARD
REGULAR
MARCH 23, 1981
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7 : 30 P.M.
in City Hall .
Present : . President Shirley, Member Juenemann
Absent : Member Mohlis
2 . The regular Water Board meeting for February, 1981, was cancelled
due to lack of a quorum.
3 . Juenemann reported that the two month market certificates were
renewed for another six month period at an interest rate of 14. 387 .
The value at renewal time was :
First Federal Savings and Loan $11, 982 . 23
First National Bank of Farmington $15 , 785 .34
4. The Board reviewed the plat for the Riverside Addition along with
the changes to the preliminary drawing . The Board recommends adoption
of the changes .
5 . Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley to authorize payment of
all bills presented to the Board during the past two months . APIF.
6. The Board discussed the effects of a continued drought on the
daily pumpage of the city' s water system. Conservation measures
such as an odd-even sprinkling ban will be considered if the
drought continues .
