WATER BOARD
REGULAR
SEPTEMBER 28 , 1981
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley
at 7 :30 P.M. in City Hall.
Present : President Shirley, Members Bohm and Juenemann
Absent : none
2. Motion by Juenemann, second by Bohm to authorize payment
of the various bills presented to the Board totaling $11, 125.40.
APIF, motion carried.
3. Member Juenemann reported that the money market certifi-
cates were renewed at an interest rate of 16. 04% at First
National Bank of Farmington, and First Federal Savings and
Loan. All water fund investments were then reviewed:

4. The Board continued an earlier discussion directed
toward the state of the City ordinance relating to water
policy. The Board decided to devote the main part of the
next meeting (October, 1981) toward formulating and
recommending any changes or additions to the City
ordinances .
5. The Board briefly discussed the condition of the well-
house structure and agreed to go on a tour of these facilities
in the near future in order to make recommendations for
building maintenance.
