WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JANUARY 25, 1982
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall .
Present: President Shirley, and Member Juenemann
Absent: Member Bohm
2. Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley to authorize payment of the
various bills presented to the Board totaling $2,149.70. APIF, motion
carried.
3. The Board reviewed water sales and operating expenses for calendar
year 1981, compared with 1980. Water sales increased 13.6% to $58,186.63
which reflects the $2.00/qtr residential increase along with the conversion
of metered accounts to flat rate. Operating expenses increased 22.4%
to $70,055.52, which includes extraordinary expense incurred for repair
of Well No. #4.
4. Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to charge School District #192
the amount of $100.00 for use of un-metered water at the Elementary School .
5. Cash Flow: Balance 12/28/82 $11,480.16
