MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
SEPTEMBER 27, 1982
1. The meeting was called to order by Member/Secretary Juenemann
at 7 : 30 p.m. in the City Hall .
Present : Members Bohm & Juenemann
Absent : President Shirley
2. Motion by Juenemann, second by Bohm to authorize payment of
the various bills presented to the Board totaling $3, 598 . 58 .
APIF, motion carried.
3 . Member Juenemann reported that a $10, 000 certificate was
purchased at First National Bank and the existing certificates
were renewed as directed in the August 1982 Water Board meeting
current value of investments were then read as follows :
First National Bank $ 10, 000. 00
First National Bank 19,473 .68
First National Bank (Passbook) 5, 588 . 01
First Federal Savings & Loan 13,868 . 95
City of Farmington 4 , 654 . 67
(Tractor-Backhoe Loan)
TOTAL INVESTMENTS $ 53 , 585. 31
4 . Motion by Bohm, second by Juenemann to approve the minutes
of all meeting from December, 1981 through July, 1982 . APIF,
motion carried.
5. A brief discussion was held on landscaping of Well House
No . 3 and the feasibility of obtaining bulk chlorine storage
tanks .
6. A brief discussion was held on the upgrading of Wells #1 & 2.
Deferred decision on this matter until all Board members are present .
