WATER BOARD
REGULAR
NOVEMBER 22, 1982
III 1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M. in
City Hall .
Present: President Shirley, Members Bohm & Juenemann
Absent: None
2. Motion by Shirley, second by Bohm to approve the minutes of the October
25, 1982 meeting. APIF, motion carried.
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Bohm to authorize payment of the various
bills presented to the board totaling $16,909.42. APIF, motion carried.
4. The Board reviewed the financial statement for the months of October
and November. Of particular note was the final payment by the City for
the Tractor-Loader, and the transference to the water fund of all receipts
to date for water sales. Motion by Bohm, second by Shirley to purchase
a time-deposit certificate at First National Bank of Farmington in the
amount of $40,000. APIF, motion carried.
5. President Shirley advised the Board that Air Signal International
Corporation informed Administrator Ford that they intend to proceed
with the antenna project as described in the October 1932 Water Board
minutes.
6. President Shirley advised the Board that the water system received
it's final flushing of the year.
111 7. A brief discussion was held on bulk chlorine storage for Wells 3 & 4.
