MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JANUARY 24, 1983
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall .
Present: President Shirley, Member Juenemann
Absent: Member Bohm
2. Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to approve the minutes of the
December 27, 1982 meeting. APIF, motion carried.
3. The Board reviewed the water pumpage records for the past year.
4. Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley to authorize payment of the
various bills presented to the Board totaling $2,083.89. APIF, motion
carried.
5. President Shirley reported that Engineer Rosene is still working
on a study for upgrading Wells #1 & 2.
6. Landscaping of Wellhouse #4 was discussed again. President Shirley
will contact Switzer Nursury and authorize them to prepare a landscaping
plan.
7. Cash Flow: Balance 12-27-82 $4,187.45
