WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JULY 26, 1983
1. The meeting was postponed from July 25, 1983 due to a lack of quorum on that
date. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 p.m. in City
Hall .
Present: President Shirley, member Juenemann.
Absent: Bohm.
2. The Board discussed painting of wellhouse No. 1 and wellhouse No. 3. During
this discussion, the Board adjourned briefly to inspect wellhouse No. 1. The
board decided to proceed with painting these two wellhouses in accordance with a
previous resolution. President Shirley will contact DeBates Decorating and instruct
them to paint the wellhouses in a lighter color such as tan or cream color.
3. The Board discussed at length the need for landscaping well site No. 4. Dis-
cussion included contouring of the plat for proper drainage plus installing of
fences, trees, shrubs and possibly paving some areas. It was agreed that the site
must be surveyed first; after which a meeting will be scheduled to determine the
extent of landscaping required.
4. No financial statement or bills to be paid were presented to the board.
