WATER BOARD
REGULAR
AUGUST 29, 1983
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M. in City Hall .
This meeting was postponed from August 22, 1983.
Present: President Shirley, Members Bohm and Juenemann.
Absent: None.
2. President Shirley advised the Board that DeBates Decorating will paint well
house number 1 and well house number 3 in accordance with the water boards direction
as discussed in the July meeting.
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Bohm to pay the various bills presented to the
Board totaling $5,238.48. APIF, motion carried.
4. A general discussion was held on landscaping of well number 4 site.
5. Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to establish an addition to the water fee
schedule for contractors use of hydrant water at a rate of $1.00 per one thousand
gallons. APIF, motion carried.
6. Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to renew the two money market certificates
that are maturing at First National Bank and United Financial Savings and Loan. APIF,
motion carried.
