WATER BOARD
REGULAR
MARCH 26, 1984
1. The Water Board meeting scheduled for February 27, 1984 was not held due
to lack of a quorum.
2. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M. in City
Hall .
Present: Shirley and Juenemann.
Absent: Bohm.
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley to authorize payment of all bills
presented to the Board totaling $3,665.83. APIF, motion carried.
4. The Board discussed loaning the City $10,205.00 for the purpose of buying
a computer. Motion by Shirley, second by Juenemann to loan the City $10,205.00
at 81/2% interest to be repaid within three years. APIF, motion carried. The
Board further decided to redeem the certificate at United Financial Savings in
order to make a portion of it available for the loan.
5. The Board took note that a few complaints have been received about rusty
water.
6. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
