second by Shirley to approve payment of all bills presented for both May and June
1984, totalling $6,470.68 with the exception of the $64.77 bill from Farmington
Plumbing. APIF, motion carried. The Board elected to withhold payment to
Farmington Plumbing until repairs are effected to their filter installation.

installation of a 12" diameter main along the north side of Highway 50.

at a new value of $45,473.84.

have not generally been occuring since the start of the year. It is estimated
that in excess of $40,000 is in arrears.
7. The Board discussed the City Financial Director's recommendation that the water
fund checking account be combined into a general City checking account. No action
was taken at this time.

of the Board that a meeting be set up with General Services and a local landscaper
in order to proceed with this project.
