WATER BOARD
REGULAR
APRIL 22, 1985
111 1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Juenemann.
Absent: Bohm.
2. The Board reviewed all bills presented and noted that the gas
bill for Wellhouse #1 appeared, once again, to be in excess of what
is expected. President Shirley will contact the gas company to
check on any abnormal usage. Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley
to pay all bills as presented totalling $3,244.15. APIF, motion
carried.
3. President Shirley advised that it was necessary to use supplemental
electric heat during the past winter in Wellhouse #2. The Board
discussed the need for insulating the wellhouse prior to next winter.
4. The Board briefly discussed the possible acquisition of the
irrigation well on the Benedict property.
5. President Shirley reported that the spring flushing of the
City's water distribution system has been completed.
