WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JUNE 24, 1985
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M. in
City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Bohm, Juenemann.
Absent: None.
2. The Board briefly discussed the proposed hydrant installation at the new
firehouse. Specific information on the proposal has not been received yet.
3. Juenemann reported that the backflow preventer was not installed on the
hydrant used for loading of agricultural tanks. Shirley will contact the
General Services Department in an effort to get the backflow preventer installed.
4. The Board departed temporarily to inspect Wellhouse #3 and the water tank.
The Board also looked over the agricultural well formerly owned by Robert
Stegmaier.
5. The Board continued discussion on the proposed merging of the Water Funds
Checking with the City's. The Board decided to defer decision on this matter
until after consulting with Administrator Thompson.
6. The monthly financial report along with the normal monthly accumulation of
bills were not prepared for the meeting.
