WATER BOARD
REGULAR
AUGUST 26, 1985
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Bohm, Juenemann.
Absent: None.
2. The events of the special meeting on July 29, 1985 were recapped for
the benefit of Member Bohm, who was absent at that meeting.
3. Landscaping of Well No. 4 plot was discussed along with blocking
access to the water tank. Some concern was expressed over the City's
liability in the event of injury caused by collision into any barriers
if they were to be installed. The Board is awaiting cost estimates for
fencing the tank plot. Erection of warning signs was proposed for the
tank's access road.
4. President Shirley advised the Board that he is still awaiting word
from the Finance Director regarding the discrepancy in income between the
years 1983 and 1984.
