WATER BOARD
REGULAR
FEBRUARY 24, 1986
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Juenemann.
Absent: Bohm.
2. President Shirley reported on his recent contact with Empire Township
representatives in regard to joining our two water systems. One proposal
allows for the extension of the Empire Township 12" main south along the west
side of Highway 3 to the Farmington City limits, where it will cross the
highway and extend east along the cemetery road. The City could then extend
its main northward and join the Empire line at the City limits.
3. The Board noted that once again the City Finance department failed to
furnish any information on Water Fund accounts, nor were any bills presented.
