WATER BOARD
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 15, 1986
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 6:00 P.M.
in City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Juenemann.
Absent: Bohm.
Also Present: City Engineer Kaldunski
2. The meeting was Called for the purpose of evaluating the proposals
received for recoating the interior of the water tank. Engineer Kaldunski
advised the Board that bids were received from the Watertower Paint and
Repair Company for $31,631.00 and from Valley Construction Company for
$42,600.00.
3. Motion by Juenemann, second by Shirley to accept the bid of $31,631.00
from Watertower Paint and Repair Company of Clear Lake, Iowa. APIF, motion
carried.
