WATER BOARD
REGULAR
AUGUST 31, 1987
1. The regular meeting of the Water Board was rescheduled from August 24, 1987
to August 31, 1987.
2. President Shirley called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M in the City Hall.
Members Present: Shirley, Bohm.
Members Absent: Juenemann.
3. The first item of discussion was a review of the Water Board's financial
status.
4. President Shirley will attempt to set up a meeting for September 15, 1987
at 7:30 P.M. in City Hall with City Administrator Thompson and City Engineer
Kaldunski and the members of the Water Board. The agenda will be the preparation
of a Comprehensive Water Plan for the City of Farmington.
5. It was reported that the Water Board records are being stored in City Hall.
6. Changing the meeting date of the Water Board from the 4th Monday of each
month to the 3rd Tuesday of each month was discussed. The Board approved this
change. The next regular meeting of the Water Board will be September 15, 1987.
7. Motion by Shirley, second by Bohm to authorize payment of the bills totalling
$4,989.99. Motion carried.
8. There was a general discussion of water related incidents which have occurred
lately. The Board recognized that they have had very few complaints and commended
the City employees for doing a good job.
9. A motion was made to adjourn. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
