Members present: Shirley, Bohm. Members absent: Juenemann. Also present: Administrator Thompson, Engineer Kaldunski. 2. The meeting opened with a discussion on the comprehensive water distribution plan for the City of Farmington. It was agreed that we could use such a plan to the advantage of all. Motion by Shirley, second by Bohm to hire the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik Associates, Inc. to prepare a water comprehensive distribution plan for the City of Farmington ( approximately 13 sq. miles) for the amount of $15,000.00. More discussion followed. Engineer Kaldunski will invite the engineering firm to attend the next meeting to thoroughly discuss the plan so that we know what we'll be getting and when. Motion carried. 3. The need of water meters was discussed. 4. Discussion ensued regarding a fee charge for future water need to help pay for an additional water tower/well when the need arises.
