MINUTES
WATER BOARD
REGULAR
OCTOBER 25, 1988
1. The meeting was deferred from October 18, 1988 at which time a quorum
was not attained. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at
4:30 P.M. at City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Juenemann, Sauber.
Absent: None.
2. Bulk water sale charges were discussed again. The Board discussed amending
the charges for bulk water sales to more closely parallel regular subscription
rates. MOTION by Juenemann, second by Sauber to amend bulk water charges from
$1.00/thousand gallons with a $10.00 minimum charge per usage to $1.00 per
thousand gallons with an $18.00 minimum charge, with the minimum charges to
be assessable once each quarterly billing period when water is purchased.
APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
3. The monthly bills were reviewed. MOTION by Shirley, second by Sauber
to authorize payment of all bills presented totaling $8,840.52. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
4. The Fourth Street Improvement project was briefly discussed.
