WATER BOARD
REGULAR
JANUARY 17, 1989
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall.
Present: Juenemann, Shirley.
Absent: Sauber.
2. Monthly bills were reviewed. MOTION by Juenemann, second by Shirley to
authorize payment of all bills presented totalling $3,481.96. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
3. The Board tentatively set January 30, 1989 at 7:00 P.M. as a date to
meet with the City Engineer, City Administrator and City Finance Director
to discuss the Water Board 1989 Budget as well as the administration of the
WAC fund. Discussion of Well No. 1 refurbishment will also take place.
4. MOTION by Juenemann, second by Shirley to change the start time of all
future meetings from 7:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
