WATER BOARD
REGULAR
NOVEMBER 21, 1989
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:00 P.M. in City Hall.
Member Present: Shirley, Sauber, Juenemann.
Member Absent: None.
2. The financial report was reviewed as well as the monthly accumulation of bills.
MOTION by Shirley, second by Sauber to authorize payment of all bills presented,
totaling $5,103.79. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
3. A discussion of a proposed study on water meters was continued from earlier
meetings. In summary, the proposed study would estimate the effects of meters
on water and sewer volumes as well as explore the financial resources for installa-
tion of meters. MOTION by Juenemann, second by Shirley to authorize expenditure
of 50% of the funds required, up to a maximum of $1,000 for the Water Fund's
share, for a study on the effects of water meters on the City's water and sewer
usage. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
4. The Board briefly discussed the proposed First Street project.
