WATER BOARD
REGULAR
DECEMBER 19, 1989
1. The meeting was called to order by President Shirley at 7:00 P.M. in City Hall.
Present: Shirley, Juenemann.
Absent: Sauber.
2. The monthly financial report was not available for review. The monthly
accumulation of bills was reviewed. The only noteworthy bills were those from
Dakota Fence in the amount of $4,765.00 for fencing the water tower property,
and two bills from Bachman's totaling $1,171.09 for product used in landscaping
Well No. 4. MOTION by Shirley, second by Juenemann to authorize payment of all
bills presented totaling $11,746.95. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
3. Member Juenemann announced that he will not be a candidate for reappointment
to the Water Board when his terms expires in February, 1990.
