Second Street. All voted in favor.

Special Meeting
November 28, 1966
A Special Meeting was held in the Council Chambers on Nov. 28, 1966
with Mayor Kleinsasser, Clerk Snyder, Village Atty. wicBrien and Councilmen
McElmury and Church present.
Motion to authorize Mark Hurd to plot contours % mile east of highway
3, from Highway 50 to the Vermillion River. Motion by Harvey
Snyder, seconded by harry McElmury ; all were in favor.
Received formal offer to sell the hospital lot with the buildings removed
for $23,500.00. The offer is to be accepted by the Village within 60
days and by the voters of the Village within 120 days.
Discussed the busting of locks at the lift station.
Discussed proposed Ordinance regarding separate tax districts on farm
property within the village limits.
Motion by Otis Church to approve estimate #1 four $24,050.20 (this retains
$2,672.25 for final estimate, ) was seconded by Harry McElmury; all were
in favor.
Being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
