SUBJECT: Planning Commission Interviews

INTRODUCTION
There is a vacant seat on the Planning Commission due to a resignation. The work session will allow the
city council time to interview candidates for this position.
DISCUSSION
The City Council will be interviewing five applicants to fill this seat on September 16, 2019. The
appointment will be ratified at either the September 16, 2019 or October 7, 2019, City Council meeting.
BUDGET IMPACT
Stipends for board and commission members are included in the 2019 budget.
ACTION REQUESTED
Select a candidate to fill the vacant Planning Commission seat for a term expiring January 31, 2021.
