CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 12, 2020
1. Call to Order
Mayor Larson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Larson led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call
Present-Larson, Bernhjelm and Hoyt
Absent-Craig and Donnelly
Staff Present-Administrator McKnight and Administrative Assistant Muller.
4. Agenda
Motion by Bernhjelm, second by Hoyt,to approve the agenda as presented. APIF, motion
carried.

a) Canvass the Results of the 2020 General Election
Administrative Assistant Muller reviewed the results of the 2020 municipal elections. Joshua
Hoyt received the highest number of votes in the mayor race and Steve Wilson and Katie Porter
received the highest number of votes in the city council race. The city water board questions
failed to receive a majority of support.
Motion by Bernhjelm, second by Hoyt,to adopt Resolution R48-2020 accepting the results of
the 2020 municipal election. APIF, motion carried.

Motion by Bernhjelm, second by Hoyt,to adjourn the meeting at 5:02 p.m. APIF, motion
carried.
