INTRODUCTION
The 2021 city council will interview candidates for a vacancy that will exist on the city council.
DISCUSSION
With the election of Josh Hoyt as mayor, his city council seat will become vacant upon his taking the oath
of office in January 2021. There are two years remaining on the vacated city council seat that the city
council decides how to fill due to the amount of time remaining in this term.
The city council will be sent separately the applications for the residents that have applied for the vacancy.

I nterview the candidates that have applied for the vacant city council seat and decide upon a course of
action.
