Regular Meeting
December 8, 2020
1. Call to Order
Chair Rotty called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Rotty, Franceschelli, Lehto, Tesky, Windschitl
Members Absent: None
Also Present: Tony Wippler, Planning Manager
2. Approval of Minutes
a. MOTON by Franceschelli, second by Windschitl to approve the minutes of October 13,
2020. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
3. Discussion
a. Findings of Fact for Amendment to a Conditional Use Permit Denial—ONG Auto,
LLC
ONG Auto applied for a CUP amendment for the lot south of 315 Pine Street, located
between 3rd and 4th Streets, to use for storage of vehicles. They proposed to place gravel
on the lot, however, city code states it must be concrete or black top. In addition, this
area was re-guided as part of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan from commercial to high
density residential. At the October 13, 2020, meeting the Planning Commission voted
4-1 to deny the request as the proposed use does not comply with the Comprehensive
Plan. MOTION by Tesky, second by Franceschelli to adopt the findings of fact. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
4. Adjourn
MOTION by Franceschelli, second by Tesky to adjourn at 7:03 p.m. APIF,MOTION
CARRIED.
