MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JUNE 5, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 3:50 P.M.
Present: Daily, Kuchera, Graphenteen, McElmury
Absent: Akin
Also Present: Administrator Ford
Motion by Kuchera, second by Daily that the City Attorney be instructed to file
a motion of miss trial in the matter of the Neilan Right of Way Condemnation.
APIF, motion carried.
The council approved the suggestion of the General Services Department modifying
the work to be done on the leased Railroad parking lot.
The council also approved the request of the downtown businessmen to post the
perimeter streets around the downtown construction area for two hour parking and
so instructed the General services department and police department.
Motion made and carried to adjourn at 4:25 P.M.
