DECEMBER 31, 1974
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 12:05 P.M.
Present: Mayor Daily, Trustees Akin, Graphenteen, Kucher, McElmury
The Mayor stated that the record should show that mailed notice of the meeting was
sent to council and Dakota County Tribune December 27, 1974.
This meeting pertained to applications for licenses for the coming year of 1975,
January 1, through december 31, 1975.
Motion by McElmury, second by Akin that the following annual licenses be approved
e ective January 1, 1975 to December 31, 1975:

APIF, motion carried.
It was decided that the Administrator be instructed to check with other Cities in
regard to notifying licensees about renewal of their licenses for the upcoming year.
Mayor Daily requested suggestions from the Council members for upcoming vacancies
in the Park and Recreation Commission (2 vacancies) and Planning Commission (2 vacancies) .
He asked that these suggestions be given to him as soon as possible so that he could
contact them.
Motion made and carried that the council adjourn at 12:35 P.M.
