COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JANUARY 31, 1975
This meeting had been set by the council at their meeting of January 27, 1975.
The purpose was to review alternate proposals by three parties for the construc-
tion of the multi-purpose arena.
Subsequently the city was informed that the proposals would not be ready. The
individual members of the council were informed and they postponed the meeting
to 1:00 P.M. , February 3, 1975 in council chambers.
The City Administrator was present in council chambers at the earlier time and
informed citizens. who appeared of the postponement.
There being no quorwu present, no meeting was held.
