MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JUNE 11 , 1975
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7 : 30 P.M.
Present: Mayor Daily, Councilmen Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Excused: Councilman Akin
The purpose of this meeting was for the council to sit as the
annual Tax Equalization board. Also in attendance were representa-
tives from the Dakota County Assessors Office : Tom Holmes , Jake
O'Toole and Scott Nelson.
Motion by McElmury, second by Kuchera that the council approve a
tax a atement to Mr. Gilbertson on Parcel #14-63300-010-01 , and
#14-63300-010-02 . APIF, motion carried.
The meeting was then turned over to Mr. O'Toole , from the Assessor' s
Office , who explained to the council and others present the new
assessment and recently completed reappraisal of property in Farmington.
Motion made and carried to adjourn at 9 : 35 P.M.
