1. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Daily, Councilmen Akin, Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the first stage of the 1976 budget
dealing with wages. The results of this discussion were as follows:
1. All present full time permanent employee positions would receive an
8.5% increase in the budgeted mid-point salary rates.
2. The Police Chief would have a limited 24-hour automobile. Said use to
be at the convenience of the City.
3. One additional Holiday would be designated and would be Christmas Eve
day.
4. The following items were deferred for action:
a. Budgeted but unfilled positions salary rates to be determined
later.
b. Dependent coverag) to be determined later
c. Promotions or changes in job descriptions to be determined
later.
Motion made and carried to adjourn at 8:40 P.M.
