MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
OCTOBER 13 , 1975
1 . The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7 : 30 P.M.
Present : Mayor Daily, Councilmen Akin, Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Absent: Johnson
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2 . The purpose of the meeting was to further review and discuss the
1976 budget proposed by the City Administrator.
3. The following changes , additions or deletions were made :
1 . Page 2 of transmittal letter - delete footnote #4
2 . Page 2 of salaries - temporary part time , general
services . Change $3. 30 to 3. 50/hr.
3. Page 1 of salaries - move the "high" to "mid"
4. Other changes were made in the salary and capital outlay portions
of the budget. The council set a special meeting for 6 : 00 P.M. ,
Thursday October 16 , 1975 at which time they would review the operating
and debt service portions of the budget.
5 . Motion by Akin, second by McElmury to approve the payment of
$560 . 01 to City Attorney G.M. Gorgos for title and abstract work
performed regarding sale of land to Farm Service . APIF, motion
carried.
6 . Motion made and carried to adjourn at 10 : 15 P.M.
