COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
MARCH 25, 1976
1. The purpose of this special meeting was that the council could attend as a
group the Dakota County Electric Association Board Meeting. The meeting was
originally scheduled for 4:00 P.M. and was moved up to 3:00 P.M.
2. The meeting was called to order at 2:45 P.M. by Mayor Daily.
Present: Mayor Daily, Councilmen Akin, Kuchera, McElmury.
Absent: Councilman Johnson
Also Present: Attorney Gorgos, Admin Sec Karen Finstuen
3. The council at this point left the Council Chambers and attended the Dakota
County Electric Board Meeting.
4. At 4:00 P.M. the council returned to its chambers, motioned and seconded to
adjourn.
S. At 4:05 P.M. the Mayor called to order the previously scheduled meeting that
was set for the above purpose.
6. Motion by Akin, second by Kuchera that the following bills be approved for
payment:
Midwest Manufacturing - $2500.00
Greg Feely - 88.00
APIF, motion carried.
7. Motion made and carried to adjourn at 4:08 P.M.
